Yes, to invoke violence on others will bring one of the punishments of the Locals here. Usually involves the stripping of powers or other abilities.

That doesn't really surprise me. Violence seems pretty out of tune with the rest of Splendor anyway.

I guess the crime rate here must be pretty low.

I can see why. What counts as "violence" here? Regular fights? Brawling?
