( Tavros was just testing out his newly-fixed limbs when he sees somebody practically sprinting across Splendor City Park. And... woah. Talk about using your legs! This guy has achieved instant cool status.

So he slows down as he hits the park and decides to watch for a while. Maybe he should wish to be able to run that fast... )

[Shin disapproves of this wishing business! Or would if he knew about it, anyway. As it is, even using his Seal is far beyond his capabilities; he's not entirely sure why he even carries it around still.

He executes a quick turn and skids a little on the still-dewy grass, flailing momentarily for balance before recovering smoothly. The Seal, however, slips from his pocket and bounces a little way, unnoticed as Shin continues to run sprints.]

( Well, the Seal doesn't go unnoticed by him! Tavros cautiously walks over and picks it up. He tries jogging to catch up, but it's no use; he's nowhere near as fast. )

... uhh, e-excuse... me?

[Quiet though Tavros may be, Shin manages to hear him and turns. He doesn't even blink at the horns and grey skin, patiently waiting for the other to catch up.]

( Oh look he's turning HELLO BIG SCARY AND AMAZINGLY FAST HUMAN. Tavros quickens his pace a little, not wanting to keep Shin waiting. )

Uhh, y-yeah. I... I think you dropped your, uhh...

( And then he stumbles and falls, face first, to the ground. The seal goes flying from his hand. )

Ah-!

[WHOOPSYDAISY. Here, Tavros, it's okay. Shin's caught you just in the nick of time and is peering seriously at you in concern.]

Oh, uhh... y-yes, uhh, I.. I think so...

( That's when Shin goes from being the scary fast human to being the scary fast heroman. )

... uhh, y-your seal. I'm, uhh... I'm sorry I dropped it...

[Shin will just be carefully checking you for any injuries. PROTIP: DON'T LET HIM TOUCH YOUR LEGS.]

( Tavros backs up, also checking himself for injuries-he had to make sure his leg wasn't broken again-before going to get Shin's seal. Walking this time. )

Oh, that. Yes, it does appear to be mine. Thank you for retrieving it for me. [Useless to him though it may be...]

( This is awkward, even by his standards. Bringing the seal back now... )
