It's surprising how fast three months can pass in a place like this. One would think with how many unusual effects can be used as landmarks, it wouldn't be difficult to keep track of time.

No, I could never truly say that about this place. There are so many opportunities here that..I will never experience again back home.

That is not an easy thing to say, given the circumstances. But it is a brave thing to come to understand, if we are so fortunate to realize it.

I asked people to listen to me about Izaya, and that wasn't heeded... quite how I'd hoped.

Then continue to advise against him. If people see the truth, and your conviction, I see little reason as to why you will not be believed.

That's not exactly the problem I'm having. Rather that people are now wanting to take things into their own hands.

We were barely on speaking terms prior to this, now we are not at all.

That is exactly my concern as well. She's not the only one, but I fear she's the one with the most motivation.

Perhaps with proper discussion a negotiation can be reached to prevent her from causing further disruption.

I cannot imagine a grown woman like Miss Nura submitting to her own brand of wanton violence.
