[She's been here for awhile -- long enough to scout out her surroundings and determine this isn't the prison she had expected, at least. It's much less... claustrophobic. And less full of water, too. At this point in time, she's sitting on steps outside the City Hall, holding her seal in unsure hands. It takes her a few moments to steel her nerves

[Oh, it's Enma! And he seems... sane enough. Good. She relaxes a little, visibly.]

[He squirms a bit. Part of him wants to ask her about home. Part of him...would rather not.]

Someone's told me that this is a magical city. Is that right? It doesn't seem at all possible.

[He nods.]

Doesn't make sense, but-

[A pause. But what? He hadn't quite thought that one through yet]

[She says dryly, eyeing the bra she's thrown on the ground. Maybe she should have pocketed that...]

[He looks around for a moment, debating on whether to show her Mittens. ....maybe another day.]

Wish that wishing here was easier.

[Reflexively he ducks -- though that doesn't save him from the book that comes shooting out at him from the other side of the room. It hits Enma with a THUD and falls to the ground. "WISHING 101"]

[That's almost funny enough to get a smile out of her. But it's kind of sad too. Oh, Enma.]

Uhm--

[His brain's been going a mile a minute -- seeing Adelheid again has him wondering about home, and he feels like a good boss should keep abreast (ha ha ha.) of his Famiglia's situations, regardless of how bad it could be. So he mutters very quietly:]

[He looks visibly shaken. The only one?

That means....Kaoru. And Julie. And even Adelheid...]

[Suddenly there's a pit in his stomach and his chest feels tight. This isn't how it was supposed to be.

Not at all. And he wants to know how and wonders if the Vongola did something underhanded and what memories they've seen since he came here, and most of all he just wants to know why.]
