[imagine it is not-quite-evening at the moment and please also imagine it's still easy for anyone to notice a foot-high biped floating and bouncing around...literally.
chey's home world was very, very big and its gravity very, very strong. here...not so much. so splenda-gravity and chey aren't all that acquainted, hence...every hop or step results in a bit of a moonwalk.
he's decided to use it more frequently, clutching his cape at corners to sailboat his way further with each upward bound. he bounces up a good three feet up with each attempt! floating about the same length before his feet hit the ground again. there's a ribbon around his shoulders, and a Legionnaire's flight ring is attached, making gentle clink and tinks as it hits the ground first. not as good an anchor as his old key was, but he lost that bad boy a while ago...
this is what he is doing all across splendor (except the alpine district. screw you, snow.).
