[Tonight in Splendorocity, you might come across someone who sticks out compared to the residents-- if not for his clothing, but for his general feeling. He's dressed in all black, and appears to be a servant, but more prominent if you get close is that you might feel a chill wind. It's gone as soon as it came though, and if you were to look Sebastian over, you would find nothing suspicious about him except carmine red eyes.
His lips though, form a polite smile-- certainly he's not someone unapproachable.
