SPLENDOR HEAT WAVE
[Hey Splendor, sick of the cold yet? It's been a pretty snowy winter in most parts of the city, and there have been more than enough wishes for warmer weather for Splendor to answer. So, enjoy the warm weather, because the city has ramped up the heat.
The problem is...Splendor's ramped it up a little too high.
Today, the city has suddenly encountered a massive heat wave. The snow around the city has melted rather rapidly, leaving large puddles in the middle of sidewalks and streets. Every district but the Alpine is hot enough to fry an egg on the sidewalk. In other words, it's really, really hot.
Never fear, though, because Splendor hasn't left you defenseless against this monster heat! While the air conditioning in most homes is functioning normally, there may be a few individuals who just can't escape the heat, or want an alternative method to cool off.
So, Splendor has provided two crucial items for everyone in the city: a swimsuit (the style of which is completely random), and a very special water gun filled with endless, freezing cold water. Now, some water guns may be giant, huge super soakers that can blast water so hard it almost hurts, while others are simply dinky dollar store plastic guns; which one you received is also entirely random.
Also, there are a few changes to Splendor's amusement park - every single ride is now a water ride. Regular roller coasters now have splash areas, merry go rounds spray riders with water, and even the spinning teacups splash cool water all over you.
