[A video starts up on the seal and a man with a certain air of authority appears on the screen. He looked like a high-ranking knight.]
To all Visitors of Splendor, I am Commandant Alexei and I have been assigned Captain of the Law Enforcement team here in this city. Basically we're here to ensure the safety of others and to assist any new arrivals that come through this city. I understand the Locals do respond should there be any law-breaking, but they cannot be present at all times. This is our problem as well and we should be capable of handling it ourselves.
There are currently six officers part of this task force, Ansem, Junpei Iori, Lightning, Naoto Shirogane, Trunks and Schwann Oltorain. I've created a special filter in order for people to contact all of us at once, so we can respond to the situation as soon as possible.

Our base is currently located across from the City Hall in the Metropolis District.
I would also would like to ask, if we can start compiling all the information we know about Splendor into a proper guide for the new arrivals to have something they can look over. Everything from information about the districts and key buildings to known laws and the wishing system. Anything that we think newcomers should know and be made aware of.

I would like to thank everyone who has signed up so far. I would like all members of the task force to come by the base sometime soon so we are all acquainted with one another. I can only hope the no violence policy will deter any dangerous acts, but there is still that chance of people not complying to the law.
I don't believe there are some here who do not have good intentions. So I will entrust this question specifically to the task force for the time being. I am aware that there are two individuals named Alice and Kefka that are considered a threat to the people here. Are there any others that we should be made aware of? I wish to start making a list concerning these dangerous individuals.
We are also currently without weapons at the base, but I suspect all of you already came armed with what weapons you are comfortable with, so that is a minor setback. If I may ask, I would like to hear what everyone's strengths are who have applied.
We'll be working closely with the people running the clinic as well, in case we have a situation where someone was injured. The Princess Natalia has agreed to create a similar mass filter so we can contact all assistance at once. We, along with the clinic will be able to respond in a timely matter to rescue them.
Should I not be present for any reason, please contact my Vice Captain Schwann Oltorain.

[Once Alexei had finished what he needed to say, he puts the seal away and continues his check around the base. He wanted to see what the city had supply them with and what it hadn't. He wasn't alone though, another knight name Schwann was there observing with him as well. Besides the lack of weapons, it was a proper working facility, with living quarters should people choose to stay at the base overnight.]
