Nothing outright negative was noted, it seemed that the few failures were benign or rather, misinterpreted.

Phasing certainly seems to play a large part in it. But none of the subjective ones would have worked at all if intent was not acknowledged.

Until I'm able to definitively say whether or not it can assist us in leaving this city.

If it shows signs of having adverse effects, I'll take over the wishing part. I don't want to put anyone at risk.
