[ Xehanort fiercly fights the giant Heartless that appeared right in the center of the Metropolis District. Such a creature is dangerous and could cause serious dammage to the city. It is the duty of a Keyblade Master to kill such creatures. But Xehanort, who is very old, and purposely limits himself

[Something that huge and weird-looking is pretty hard to miss, whether you're jogging or flying or just generally minding your own business. Even more noticeable is that other weird stick .... thing... that just throws itself at you when you stop to see what's going on, and apparently gets the big weird thing to notice you.

Splendor being what and how it is, he's not sure if he should interfere - it could be a Local dealing with a violent guest or perhaps a thief caught in the act..]

[ Well, Trunks might chose not to act, but Xehanort commands, mentally, to the Heartless to go after him to attack. If Trunks does nothing, he'll get hit mortally by the Heartless. If he attacks though, the Heartless shall die. ]

Hey! Aren't you guys supposed to hate violence?!

[He doesn't mean to put up that strong of a counter attack - just enough to send the big guy a small warning, and to keep it from damaging anything - so he fires off a tiny ki ball at the creature.]

[ The Heartless was close to dying, in-game setting would say it has one HP left, so even such a small attack is enough to bring it down, and kill it. Before Trunks can see him totally fade away, Xehanort is already back up and walking to him. ]

This, wasn't one of Splendor's residents lad. It was a heartless.

[It's not as though his own Keyblade wasn't going to attract the attention of the massive Heartless. So when Xehanort's clatters to the ground at his feet, Eraqus glances at it then at Xehanort. Rather than summon his own Keyblade, Eraqus creates an orb of Light and directs it at the Heartless, watching as it fades from existence from the attack. His only question would be how in Light a Darkside got into Splendor but for now, he makes his way to Xehanort.]

Are you injured?

[ Xehanort gets up and shakes his head. ]

Nothing you should worry about. Thanks for your help. Fighting without the help of Darkness is harder than I remembered...

When one relies to much on one skill, others become weakened. As a Master, even you should be aware of this fact.

True, but my change of mind came after I have been informed about my 'futur'.

[ He stares at Eraqus. ]

[[Kino was just riding past on Hermes, but the scene draws her attention.

She stops, but doesn't do anything, even as the strange weapon falls down next to her and the unusual creature looks at her. As she doesn't know what is going on, she won't interfere--not unless she is directly threatened.]]

[ And directly threatened she is when the massive Heartless walks to her and appears to be preparing to punch at her. Obviously, if she decides to counter before the Heartless might unleash its attack, she will not be harmed. ]

[[Her expression doesn't flicker in the half-second it takes her to draw Cannon from the holster at her hip. She fires one shot, aiming for the creature's shoulder.]]

[ If it was a game setting, it would be considered the Heartless has one HP left; so it dies little after her attack. By the time she might see it vanish, Xehanort is already up and walking to her, his face neutral. ]

Thanks for the help, my girl. It could have killed me.

[Shiki was on her way home from work, minding her own business when something metallic hits her feet.]

Huh?

[She looks down, squinting. It sort of looks like a giant key. The girl was about to pick the thing up when something caught the corner of her eye.]

AHHHH!

[What is that thing?! Noise?? Whatever it was, she caught its eye and it looks like it was going to attack her. She had to think fast. Kicking the Keyblade away, she makes a run for it, digging into the bag that was slung around her shoulder for a certain plush cat. Shiki is just grateful she had the foresight of bringing Mr. Mew and wearing the Groove Pawn on her clothes.]

C'mon! C'mon! C'mon!

[She turns around a corner, finally striking gold when she felt a plush arm sticking out from her things.]

Yes~!

[She immediately activates the pin, pulling Mr. Mew out of the bag and promptly throwing said bag to the side (she'll worry about that later). The plush cat soared through the air, landing on floor; getting into a fight position as soon he hits the ground. Shiki does the same, balling her hand into a fist.]

Hey! Tall, dark and ugly!

[She snaps her fingers, now Mr. Mew was sporting claws; shifting his weight from one foot to another while waiting for Shiki's command.]

Done.

WHY DON'T YOU BACK OFF?!!

[With a sweep of her arm, Mr. Mew charges forward, swiping his claws furiously at the Heartless once he was close enough. This was the type of deja vu Shiki didn't want to experience.]
