[ Well, okay, that was a little weird. Just a moment ago, she had been seeing Souji off at the station: they'd all stopped running after the train once the platform ended, of course, Yukiko trying to hold back the tears from her eyes. It was all very dramatic and climactic.
Then, there was a music box on the ground, right at the end of the platform. She had only been vaugely aware that Kanji had approached too, standing beside her as she picked it up off the ground. Who leaves a music box sitting on a train station platform, anyway? Oh well...nothing to do but open it and see if it belonged to anyone.
Everything had gone somewhat hazy after that. The next thing she knew, the only thing that was the same was Kanji standing beside her...but now, somewhere else entirely.
Hesitantly, Yukiko turned to Kanji, blinking. ]
