[If you're in the Metropolis district today, then you might run into Sora. He's running around, dragging a big bag of Santa hats behind him. He'd wished them into existence, and even if it's chilly, he doesn't care. He's excited and it's showing. He pauses only to take out his seal and speak into it.]Merry Christmas, Splendor! I hope Santa visits

[Stops jogging to stare at the little boy with the large bag of...something.... trailing behind him.]

[And Sora sees you! He's gonna run right up, big grin on his face and offer up a Santa hat.]

[Small smile.]

Um... you too?

[What is that odd red thing in your hand, kid?]

It's a hat. And thanks, mister!

[saiyajinsoul]

Oh.

[He takes the hat, and studies its soft red plushiness]

What's it for?

You wear it, for Christmas!

[And then, a pause.]

...You know what Christmas is, right?

[saiyajinsoul]

[Gamely puts on the hat, while trying to figure out which side the floppy red end with the white fuzzball is supposed to be on]

Not... really. Do the hats have something to do with it?

[tiny_promise]

You don't know about Santa!?

[saiyajinsoul]

... No?

[tiny_promise]

Santa's only the most amazing person ever! He flies in a sleigh pulled by magic reindeer, and delivers toys all across the worlds to good boys and girls! And he does it all in one night!

That's.... actually, that's really nice of him, using his powers like that to make kids happy.

What does he look like?

[Imagines a big, burly man with a fierce aura flying around the world on his big, burly reindeer. Also with fierce reindeer aura.]

He's big and round 'cause he eats lots of cookies! And he wears a red-and-white suit, and a hat just like that one! And he's got a white beard and he's really nice and he laughs! Like... Like, "Ho ho ho!"

So... he's an elderly, round, cookie-shaped man in a suit and this hat [flicks the poof ball] and he distributes gifts to good children... Hmmm...

But... How do you know if you've been good enough to receive a gift? What about the other kids?

[tiny_promise]

Uh-huh!

[And then a pause.]

...'Cause he's magic. He can see everything kids do, so he makes a list and he checks it twice!

I see.... [Bit invasive, but it makes sense, if you're trying to determine who to give gifts to.]

What kind of gifts do the nice kids get? And if the good kids get gifts, what do the bad kids get?
