Summary: Mao finally spills the beans
Firo knocks on Mao's door a little louder than necessary, partly just to be annoying and partly because of the chill outside. The permanent winter was enough to make somebody go crazy, which is why he tries to spend as much time as possible in the other districts. He'd been invited over to talk. About what, he wasn't sure. It could be anything from an invitation for further hooliganry to revenge for the fountain incident. In the event of revenge, Firo desperately hopes it's not something like water balloons, for both their sakes. He would really rather not wring Mao's neck; good friends were hard to come by.
A little impatiently, he knocks again and calls out, "Hey, Mao, you home?"
