Summary: Nura doesn't know what an amusement park is, so Raki drags her along to give her a TOTALLY FUN DAY AT THE PARK!!
Nura's seen towering buildings so high that when she was small, she swore they scraped the skies and toes the stars. She's seen machines built to astound and amaze and do whatever task could pop into the brain of the creator. Married to Brainiac 5, she's seen him create things of such power and magnitude that often times she swears he needs to "cap his genius" before he blows the entire Lab Complex to bits and particles (and she knows, because she's seen that device of his in the way back that he thinks she doesn't know about).
But nothing quite grabs her attention and wonder as the Splendorific Amusement Park within the Wonderland District. She's never seen anything like it, with its vibrant colors, the swoops and curves of the structures, the rides, and the overwhelming childish implications it presents, freely, without anyone to deny its existence, or hide it away. She peers through the bars of the front gate, blinking and wondering with wide eyes, and slightly open mouth. Was this another strange occurrence of Splendor? Something only found here?
She's tempted to float above the gate and enter the park to see for herself...but she's held back by the fact that she should return to her store and do her job. Ah. Responsibility. Unwrapping her hands from around the bars, she sighs, turning her head away from the bright colors...only for a gust of wind to knock her pink beret off of her head. Frowning, she chases after the hat, zipping about to snatch it from the wind...only to collide with someone, not watching where she's going.
"Oof!"
