The Obsessive One
My girlfriend's older sister is seriously obsessed with me, and it's very funny. She's been searching all over the web for anything and everything she can find on me. I find her behavior QUITE amusing, actually.
She found my MySpace page and saved my photos of me to post on her blog. If she wasn't obsessed with me, why do that? Maybe she's jealous of my how happy my gf is with me. I'm not certain, but when I learn the answer, I'll let y'all know.
Also, she reads my LiveJournal, and she's probably reading it right now. (waves)
The funniest thing about this situation is that she doesn't know me AT ALL.
My girlfriend knows me quite intimately, however. She knows I'm completely honest with her. That's why she chose to pursue me. (That's right, sports fans. It was my girlfriend who pursued ME, not the other way around. In fact, I rebuffed her advances several times before I started dating her. For that, I deserve a freakin' medal. LOL)
My girlfriend is very happy around me, and I'm very happy with her. I think Em loves me because I *am* honest with her, and she finds security in that. I also care about her life. Very few people in her life have shown interest in her pursuits, and when she sees that I am interested, it puts me far and above everyone else in her life.
There's a 20-year age difference to contend with, but the only people who seem to have a bug up their butts about that is OTHER PEOPLE, especially people who don't know ME. Age means nothing unless you have short-sighted and stereotyped notions about what an age difference means.
Maybe her sister thinks I have some kind of dark past. That couldn't be more hilarious to me. Do a background check! Look up my credit history! Interview anyone I've ever been in contact with and you will only come to this conclusion: I'm a nice guy, I don't have a single enemy, I am very responsible, I am completely honest, and as one of my friends recently said to me, "There isn't a single person I know that I'd trust more than you."
That's why Em chose me, and that's why we're happy.
So, sports fans, keep reading this LJ because I have nothing to hide. Also, despite the obsessive behavior of certain people surrounding us (waves again,) Em and I are very happy together and we intend to remain that way.
