I Don't Wanna Grow Up
On a whim (kinda), a couple of my friends and I decided to catch a movie. Another friend wanted to come along, but couldn't today. So we scheduled another movie for next Friday.
She wanted (she wanted!!!) to see Street Fighter: Legend of Chun Li. Umm, to put it gently:
HELL NOOOOOOOOOOO! D:
She was dead set on seeing it next Friday, but fortunately, after seeing the trailer, decided not to (phew!). It's ... it looks ... special. Like "it should wear a safety helmet at all times" kind of special. :p
Today we ended up watching Coraline. Yes, I don't care if it's animated: a) I am still a child inside and b) it's Tim Burton, enough said.
And bonus, we watched it in 3D! It's really come a long way from those red and blue lensed paper glasses they used to give out. XD I have to say, I really enjoyed the movie, both animation wise and story wise. It's amazing what Burton comes up with.
But as good as those 3D effects were (some scenes really pop out at you!), the SFX for the upcoming movie Monsters vs. Aliens are even more amazing! Definitely another movie I will try to catch in 3D.
Now, if TF2: RotF comes out in 3D ... I will definitely watch that too. Optimus in 3D, unf, unf, yes please. :D
