This post is for me
Since I could hardly remember what I did last time, I would like to try and remember this summer, so I decided to write it down.
As of Saturday, 'cause that's where I remember from...
Saturday I went to Grandma's to get all my three weeks of laundry done. I played with the insane dogs, talked to Grandma about the life of the church, or lack thereof. It was nice actually, I don't usually get to just talk to her.
Sunday was church and we had a goodbye for Rev. Fanistill *I still can't spell his name*. Most of the youth though, messed around with the cheese my grandma bought me. I told Mikhael that he prolly doesn't get many girls since his technique is bad, I got to see the boy I like, and that was about it. I went with Grandma after church to pick up Tyler, and then we got Daddy his father's day gift. We went to Aunt Cheryl's and had some dinner, I think something was wrong with Gretchen, Daddy showed up *this is weird if you know my family* and then Gen wished him a happy father's day. Daddy left, and then we all went home. It was the first functional get together we've had in a while.
Monday... I seriously don't remember anything. I think this is the day that my mom freaked out and hid the phones and shit, and then I called Gen crying, and ended up locked in my room for the night.
Tuesday I spent studying my ass off trying to finish the history assignment so that I could have uber amounts of fun later on. I got a lot done, but not all. And I also had to walk to Roxanne's house so that I could get the English AP assignment since they pretty much never told me about it. Then I went to Gen's house...
AT GEN'S: I got there on Tuesday night duh, and Daddy brought over the camera, so we messed with that. Found out it eats up batteries like an mf'er but it was still cool. We stayed up for a while and had a shaving party since the wax didn't work. Then we went night night.
On Wednesday we went to the Del Mar Fair and walked around. It was way hot and I don't even know what we did for the first little bit. I got a fish for playing a kiddie game and these guys randomly creeped us out. Then a little later we found out we could get free water, and we went to the photo display and saw Gen's hot friend JD there. He broke his arm. We had a good time lookin at the pics and then we went on some rides and took pictures and talked and had a good time. It was cool. Then we dropped off Carly and went home, had some chilli, got some whipped cream, and went to bed eventually.
Thursday was DAB/NAB with the church, so we went to that. Jessica, Claire, Kate, Gen, and I all made a huge ass mound as a bonding thing. We went in the water and it was cool cause the waves were one right after the other which is odd for La Jolla, and even though they were choppy, it was fun trying to dodge them. Then Nick came and we went in and got some food which took forever. We came back, played some volleyball, talked and played cards. I tanned with Kate and then my brother showed up, slapped my back, and left. Then we went to the tidepools, and I got helped across the sweage thingy by the log which Jessica and Kate both helped with. I talked to Nick a lot, and then when the tide started to come up, we went back. Then Nick's dad came, and he left. Bret showed up and I was being a bitch. Then we finally cleaned up, played another volleyball game with Foothills, and left. When we got back to the church, we all ate See's chocolate that expired a year ago, played with Play-Do, and then left.
Today I get to go to Steeshie's house and hang out with her for the first time in a while.
So overall, my summer has been pretty kickass. I think I'll be able to go to camp, and I know I'll be going to the river. I'm excited and stressed.
