Mah New Warriors Fic!
Hooray, hooray. Ever since I finished Bluestar's Quest, I've been on a serious Warriors kick, but (as usual) I haven't been able to find any new stories to read. So for the past few days, I've been working on the second book in my Warriors trilogy, Circle of Life. Circle of Life (COL) is about an apprentice of NorthClan, Tanglepaw, and his adopted sister Silverpaw. I say "adopted" because Tanglepaw was orphaned shortly after birth, and his rogue parents abandoned him, even though he was severely injured. Silverpaw and her siblings' (Featherpaw and Smokepaw) mother adopts Tanglepaw and raises him as a kit. The story deals with Tanglepaw's relationship with a LightningClan apprentice, and the struggle NorthClan faces against the LightningClan deputy, Foxfur.
Anyway, I've been working on the second book in the series, in which Tanglepaw and Silverpaw are now warriors. I'm hoping to finish the story before I post it so that there won't be any major delays like last time. I'm really optimistic about the story. My writing has improved A LOT since I posted Book 1, so hopefully Book 2 will be better gramatically and in sentence fluency, as well as in plot development.
I've got five chapters finished, plus the prologue and allegiances. So yeah, I'm happy. :D
