Okay, so we had a quiz today in Math (which is 7th period, last class of the day, FYI), and as soon as I got home my step mom comes up to me and says, "You have two missing assignments on PC. One's a quiz and the other is a homework assignment." (PC is an acronym for the program that parents use to track kids grades. I'm not giving out the full name to keep myself from getting stalked by some random person.)
"That's wierd," I say. "What're they in?"
"Math."
Ho-ly-crap. I just freaking got home from the bus stop. Math is freaking SEVENTH PERIOD. I doubt my math teacher has gotten through grading the quizzes from FIRST PERIOD, let alone SEVENTH. So, uh, what the heck?
So anyway, I say, "That was seventh period. I took the quiz, and I turned in my homework."
As if this is a freaking explanation, my dad said a couple days ago that they were going to be really serious about getting our homework done. Three days in a row now, I've come home and my step mom has come up to me and asked why I have zeros in PC. It's like 5:45. I doubt that the teachers of classes that we've actually had assignments in have gotten to my period. Some of my teachers don't even use PC, and those that do might have graded it but not gotten it into PC yet.
I honestly don't get my parents.
In other news, the Rays really pissed my dad off last night, probably because the Red Sox got six runs off of six guys in a row.
FAIL.
