Cedar Point was so much fun. Gabe made us sit in the front row on top thrill dragster, which was all scary and stuff, but turned out to be so fast i feel like it lost the element of "ride." i think a real roller coaster ride should be full of drops that you feel in your stomach and a length long enough to enjoy. the dragster was only 20 secs long or so. and then to top it off i feel like even though sometimes it was scary, there was no big payoff for all the scariness like there is with bungy jumping and skydiving...but i digress. Gabe was a great one to go with b/c he's a lot like me when it comes to rides. loves to go on all the crazy ones, but is all scared about it and excited at the same time, and eventually has fun. so yay! here's to a successful trip!
and i'm so excited because teaching will be starting up for me again in the very near future. I've got all my retraining supplies, and some dates to choose from for the actual training. now all i have to do is choose and get things straightened away with carlyle's.
