One of the drawbacks of actually feeling healthy again is that I occasionally forget that, "Oh, hey, dumbass, you may feel great, but you still have that whole chronic illness that makes you not breathe when you do things like shovel the driveway in below freezing weather." So. Actually feeling good enough and pain-free enough to shovel? AWESOME

At least they made some effort to explain the Keller/Ronon situation, too. But having cut it they ended up giving a lot of viewers whiplash when Keller asked McKay out later.

Apparently months took place timeline-wise between the Ronon/Keller ep and "Trio." In which case... Ronon moves extremely slow.
