So Hooker is showing a picture of The Psycho Murder Suspect (Hatch) to someone, and asking if the guy recognizes TPMS, when dwinn pipes up (speaking as Hooker) with "You may recognize him from Battlestar Galactica. As Boomer."
(It is so rare he fails a pop culture trivia roll so spectacularly that I will be milking the mock of this one for days. Well, hours, at least.)
