Today's rant:
Guess what? AIG is gettign more money from the government. Apparently, they spent it all already. WTF?! Ladies and gentlemen, This Shit has got to stop. This is a company that spends millions of dollars on sending its CEOs to spa retreats MONTHLY. My new opinion? There is no such thing as "too big to fail". My new plan? Let the fuckers sink. Then, take the extra (35 i think?) billion dollars they just asked for and use it not on them, but on bailing out all the small businesses that are supposedly at such risk. They are actually worth saving. At the rate we are going now the bailing out never stops.
Further, I have have given up any hope I once held of seeing my social security money back. As of today, I want the government to stop taking it from my paycheck to fund the baby boomers retirement and the bailouts of massive banking and insurance firms. Screw those guys, they should own their mistake. I'll keep it in my damn matress, thank you.
