Fragrance Garden

My grandfather passed away in 1993, but he was very big into flowers and gardening while he was alive.  When he died, my grandmother and others (including AAL, now Thrivent) contributed to a fragrance garden in his memory.  This is the largest garden dedicated to a single individual at the Memorial Park Arboretum & Gardens in Appleton, WI.  Later, the children and grandchildren dedicated a large brick to Grandma right nearby.  It's pretty and all the plants smell rather interesting!  The mint was my favorite, no surprise.
