So day one on 'Get Smart' was GREAT, BTW it's NOT a Disney movie,it's Warner Bros. They were only shooting at Disney Hall. It went swimmingly and I was even compliamented by THE AD I really wanted to impress. She has worked on some the BEST movies and has TONS of connections and NOT just her. These are P.A.'s that get work all the time, this is the group of people that if I can get in with then I've got it made. On my meeting with Pipken (my connection from Friday Night Lights to give this job) she said that basically I had to take it from there. She has set it up for me and the only one who can fuck it up right now is me (she didn't say that but I know it's true.) So I fought my deepest urge to be overly-social-unable-to-control-at-times-can't-stay-in-one-place ME and be the best PA I know how to be. I did it. At least I'm pretty sure I did. Anyway, the smallest gliches that I did have were simply because I was new to the state. I work again this Saturday and hopefully my new personal business cards will have come in by then. I think "we" are on our way because now that I've got it, I'll do everything to GROW it.
