Is Orson Welles at it again?

Who do you stand by?
Reach out when the time comes,
Offering up your flaws for theirs
It all boils down to the end of the world,
And who you want to be there.

note: it's a little scattered and confusing, but it's also kind of meant to be.  I think it means a lot to think about who you'd want to be with at the end of the world.  Not thinking about, "Oh, I never did this," or "I never tried that."  Just, it's ending right now.  Everyone is about to die.  What do you want to do in those last few seconds? What do you want to say?

And, you know, if it all turns out to be a hoax, there's some awkward moments to think about. "I thought the world was ending, so I sacked my boss.  FML."
