Well somewhere over there there's a purpose, there's a care for free......

I'm leaving bright and early tomorrow morning for home....but I'm defintely nowhere near packed. I'm not ready to pack...I'm not ready for this year to be over yet.
This always happens...I always think I'm all ready to move on, and then I'm clearly not. There's no way that I should be packing up my life here when I finally just got settled. I finally am perfectly content with my life here at Tufts (well, for the most part)....and now I have to leave for three and a half months?

By the by....I GOT AN INTERNSHIP!!! I'm going to be interning for Congressman Anthony Weiner's campaign for NYC mayor. Unpaid. And it'll be crazy expensive to take the LIRR everyday. But it'll be an AWESOME experience in politics...I am SO excited. So that's going to be 4-5 days a week and I'm hoping to get a normal job somewhere for 1-2 days a week...basically anywhere that'll give me money. I am a little sad about not doing Shibley again (considering that lots of people will still be working there), but this is an incredible opportunity...putting aside his bid for NYC mayor, Weiner is a Congressman...in DC...so yea, I am definitely excited for this. I'm working out my exact interning schedule on Monday but I should be starting a week from Monday (May 23rd).

Ummmmm.....yea.....my freshman year should NOT be over. My college career should not be a quarter over.

Ok...I have to go pack. Because although I'm not ready to, I have to.

That's all.
