The Great Book Uprising
I actually did not have to run children all over the place this evening. Which is good, because I had a major cleaning planned. Completely vetting my room. I now have a mostly empty closet. Yay!! The only problem is that I find myself with a distinct lack of hangers. Threw out a bunch of stuff, but cannot hang the keepers. I could go out and buy some... but that seems like heresy. I shall steal them. From roommates, from my parents. Maybe from YOU. And? I'm actually boxing up some books. I think I'm going to have to part with some of them. So.... if you are a reader, and like a particular type of book, let me know. This separation is going to be painful for me, but I will transfer custody of my children to you. Just don't throw them away!! Damn, just thinking about having a nearly bookless room is making me sad. And? In the process of gathering the bed linens to wash? I found three books. In the bed. I haven't ventured under the bed yet. That may have to be a task for another day. We shall see.
