apartment hunting

I'm attempting to move out into an apartment in june...and I'm trying to figure out what qualities are really important to me...

So far I got:
dishwasher
onsite laundry
a bathtub
insulated walls
a heater that works
and then ones that are more specific like the north side of Corvallis...

but I have a question...what are things that you realize about your living place that ultimately you wouldn't give up?
