My man is back home. We celebrated a post-Valentine's reunion together all day yesterday.

I made:
Watercress Salad with bacon, quail eggs, and orange-champagne vinaigrette, served with Prosecco
Lamb-Portabella Stroganoff (almost dairy free/lower-cal, with silk tofu in place of 90% of the sour cream, and just an added dollop of sour cream at the end for decadence.)
Cannolis (from the Davis Sq. bakery) we piped full of chocolate mousse

Yummy. Yay.

Now back to eating healthier. Yesterday was so worth it though. :)
