LAKERS RULE!!
So apparently this new football team i will become immensly loyal t is much better than our powerful dexter dreadnaughts. I will have to go to the games and see this or myself, but I have heard that we usually are winning by about 34 points by halftime, so it sounds pretty decent if it is even halfway true!

So now i go to this incredibly cool place called GVSU, Grand Valley State University to you, and it is located in Grand Rapids Michigan. You all knew that.
Classes.
Classes don't start until monday. No big deal. My first one of the day is at eight o'clock on monday morning, is Intro Liberal Education, so I am not sure what that is, but I will find out soon enough! it is an hour long class, so i am not too worried

Monday - 8:00-8:50 Intro Liberal Studies
11:00-11:50 Environmental Science
2:00-2:50 Career Education Class
Tuesday - 8:00-8:50 Strategies In Writing
12:00-1:50 Algebra <<---- Ick, two hours of math!!
Wednesday - 8:00-8:50 Intro Liberal Education
11:00-11:50 Environmental Science
Thursday - 8:00-9:50 Strategies In Writing <<----YAY for 2 hours!! =^-^=
12:00-1:50 Algebra <<--erk, two two-hour classes in one day
Friday - 8:00-8:50 Intro Liberal Education
11:00-11:50 Environmental Science
So not a bad schedule at all! except thursdays...
bleck. Oh well.
I am excited indeed. Ther is a great place to eat here a few seconds from my housing building thingie, it is called the Fresh Food Company, or FFC (people love to abbreviate here)
we had dinner there last night and this morning we ate a very nice breakfast there as well. The food is very healthy and there is a good selection to choose from, so I am not at all worried about the fabled "freshmen 15" pounds, i won't be gaining weight any time soon.
There is a meijer Madness thing scheduled for tonight from 10:00 to one in the morning, and I have no idea how long we will be there, but lil and I are definitely going, even though I already went to meijer last night to get popcorn and lightbulbs and a power strip. and an ethernet cable. and stuff. ^-^
but yeah, we have stuff scheduled all evening basically, from seven onward, so Geoff if you're going to try to call i hope you can do it earlier. if not, you will read this at some point tonight and you will know that I thought of you and hope you had a good day anyways. I will be online again later for sure!! They are going to do some welcoming activities and such, i am not even sure what all is going to happen, but after we get back from meijer (probably after eleven anyways) i will get online and see if anyone is around.
I still have one book to buy, and maybe i will be getting my meal plan upped from 14 a week to 21 a week, i hope i can talk to my parents sometime this week and find out about that for sure.
so once we got our beds lofted we learned that we are only allowed one ladder per room, which is kinda stinky considering it is a bit of a climb to get up onto our beds. so lil has the ladder and I decided i would rather sleep on the floor under my bed in the space by my desk. It is actually a really comfey little den, and i think i will sleep there again, maybe make it a common practice, and do my studying up on my bed =^-^=
