Sam has two cellphones with different numbers. One number, which will be given out to anyone, is on a pre-paid account. He's disabled the GPS, and the only voicemail message that you'll get is the computerized default one (The number you have reached, xxx-xxx-xxxx, is unavailable etc).
The second phone is Sam's real phone, the one that he'll always answer if he's physically able to. The number is only given to people Sam knows fairly well, but the GPS is turned off on this one too. It's a contract phone, but the name on the contract is Wedge Antilles. There are separate threads for the two phones, so just tag the right one.
