(no subject)
I actually was busy from about 11:30am til now. Shocking! I got up, went to campus, started in Student Services and they sent me over to admissions. They gave me a readmission form (very short, ftw) and I went to Chandler and chatted a little and also stole a pen :D Filled out the form and handed it off to admissions. Hopefully that gets squared away soon so that I can sign up for fall classes lol.
Stopped at Pricechopper to get some soda as well as hanging hooks since mine all died.
Uhhh... came home and I put up the stuff that fell from my walls /o/ Cleaned my floors. Vacuumed both the bathroom and kitchen floor and then swifter'ed them. After that I plopped out on the steps outside and glowered at my lawn for a minute or two, which had several cigarette butts on it from when my landlord was working on stuff upstairs, as well as other scraps from his work that he didn't clean up. Sooo I put on my shoes and grabbed a trash bag and got to work.
Had a brief conversation about the nice weather with someone upstairs. That's about the only time I've ever seen/spoken with someone else that lives here XD
Cleaning turned to pulling up dead plants, 'cause I realized there were flesh plants trying to grow under the weight of the dead stuff! So I got rid of about a trash bag full of dead stuff. There's still some more I have to get, but I got the point where I didn't want to do it anymore lol. But seriously, I have not touched the side of the apartment since I moved in, so like... that's a lot of crap there :O I maaaaay try my hand at gardening. I mean, why not, right?
I also want to get a birdfeeder, 'cause I have the perfect place to hang it XD There's this bird place back around home so I'll hit that up when I go down this weekend.
Oooh afterward plopped down on the chair I have on my deck and talked to my mom on the phone for about 20min, because I was feeling like a chatterbug, and the only one I can do that with is my mom :D I initially wanted to know if the transfer station back home takes lawn waste, siiiince I can't put it out to be picked up with my garbage ;;
For about an hour while all this was going on I was debating if I wanted to go out to Applebee's for dinner. FINALLY decided on that I would and I texted Josh to see if he wanted to go, so I cleaned up a bit and went off to get him.
We ate, we talked, we had fun! I found out from him that John and Patrick were out of town tomorrow (and then deduced that they went to Anime Boston) which is PERFECT for me because I can GO TO CAMPUS AND SEE PEOPLE \o/ John's been snippy and I've been avoiding Patrick so it's like... awesome! Yay! :DDD AND because I know that Patrick is MIA, I can go see if Strokanov is around! I'd love it if he was.
After food we went to GameStop, since it was right there. They were having a 50% off sale on new-ish games. Fuck yeah. I got Phantasy Star Portable for the PSP which was $19 instead of $39 and I also found a used PS2 game of Twisted Metal Head-On. I love me some Twisted Metal :3
And now I'm back at the apartment! And I'm tired so I won't be getting RP stuff done that I wanted... sorry folks!
Saturday I head home! My brother is cooking homemade baked mac & cheese on Sunday \o/ I look forward to it~
Iiii think I am going to watch episode 50 of FMA: Brotherhood now annnd then maybe shower and then play Phantasy Star with Sherlock Holmes in the background :D If I stay awake that long ^^
