Day in the life and a day out of focus
Slightly out of breath from crossing back and forth from Alan's office to the library. I had left his office, got to where I wanted to sit down, only to realize that I left my laptop there :D ....soooo rushed back, then stood outside (which any other moment I would've been freezing) and cooled down siiince with my jacket I was pretty toasty by the point, and then headed back to the library.

I've been slowly nursing an Amp all day. Whether or not it's keeping me steady, I donno. I actually had breakfast this morning, that was a change. Sat around and chatted with Eric for awhile. Found out why he is avoiding games (the arguments between John and Brian drain us all, he's just finally sick of it), and that he's actually rather depressed because him and Sam apparently broke up. Wonder how long that has been? :O Didn't have the heart to ask.
Mmmm... class with Alexandre was good. He's always an amusing sort. Makes class interesting. Reminds me a bit of Neller, if only because they're the other two I've been interested in history from.
Then I went off into Vail and chatted with Ben for probably ten minutes or so. He's thinking of pulling both the fragmented Lit Society and SPJ as subsections to The Critic club. That way it'd all be under one rep and more easily managed, because both Lit and SPJ can't stand much on their own.
Talked with Chandler for another ten minutes about school, life, Ben's idea, and then some. I probably briefly said hi to Dan. Can't remember. And theeeeen I finally got to bother Alan \o/ He helped me figure out classes. *nod* So I can sign up for stuff on my own soonish.
Did briefly see Trish. Good that she's still hanging around. She's keeping up with classes. Chandler mentioned something about her having more surgery over the summer... ;; For her sake, it's probably good that Lit is slumbering right now.
Besides profs and Eric I've also seen Brian, Katie, and Casey today :D No Patrick yet, though. Although that's generally only by chance. I'll see him after class.
So a good day! Although all that goodness might be squashed by Russian II. I'm so out of practice, annnnd I don't even know what chapter we're on ;; And the thing is... Elena is a great woman, but this is the first class I've had with her. I have no history with her like I do with Alexandre and Chandler :\ So I can't fall back on that history and hope that I can slip out of this predicament. Donno.
Can still see Alexandre afterwards... that hopefully will pep me back up from... whatever happens. As long as Justin and Brittany are in class it should be okay. The last time I was there they both weren't and oh god, that was bad. They've got the loudest, least shy, knowledgeable voices. And the scary part was that I ended up taking on that roll. Not cool.
GURPS game is after it as well... and I can continue reading Lolita before it starts. And throw stuff at Patrick.
Come on, Self! You can do it! Just last an hour and twenty minutes in class and you'll be okay!
