I suppose we have some matters to deal with. The first, is payment. You wanted information on trustable allies. I will give you three so far:

Once I search my archives more, I will give you more. These three are trustworthy and resourceful.
Lockon and Setsuna -- I am no commander, nor am I a leader. I was no trained for it, nor am I skilled in it. I will do what I can, but I know less about the large-scale scheme of things. I can't manage large-scale battles. I don't know the layout of the City, or where people can hide, or how large their allies are. I have motivation, but we need a group with more diverse skills.
What allies do you have, that could assist? I have many contacts, but most of them I do not know well, or know their definite loyalties...
City, tell me -- what do you think about war? Endless, arbitrary, all-consuming war?
