Okay, so Dark Bakura still has the Millennium Ring with him. And the Ring has a few powers that he's not afraid to use. Basically:

1. Would you ever want to plot out Dark Bakura running into your character and starting a Dark Game?
sure! jarlaxle loves games.
2. What type of game would it be? If you don't want to come up with something, tell me your character's personality and I can.
hmm. well, in forgotten realms, the drow play a game called sava, which is chess-esque. however, otherwise, jarlaxle is a somewhat sneaky double-sided oppertunistic fellow who likes to be noticed.
3. Would you ever want to plot out losing a game and having a character's soul sealed in something?
4. Would soul stealing even work on your character? High spiritual types (basically, the people he would ping) would have a much better chance of it not working them.
whenever jarlaxle is wearing his eyepatch, he's immune to all psychic/psionic effects. do you think that would fall into this category?
5. Would the Ring react to your character's heart? Remember, the Ring is what's judging, so even if a character doesn't realize the evil is there, the Ring can still pick up on it.
jarlaxle isn't evil, per se, but he always puts himself first.
6. Would he be able to tell your character is an angel/god/endless/demon/that sort of thing?
he's not! yay. he might sense two specks of demon blood in him, though.

5/6. It probably wouldn't pick up on him, and he wouldn't notice that. ^_^
