interesting new idea for training

well, since i can't ride everyday for school and am limited to three times a school week and two lessons on the weekdays, I have begun waking up at six, and swimming about twenty to thirty laps in the pool each morning before I shower, dress and go to school. Since mom has promised that if I get awesome grades this junior and senior year she'll let me put college off while I compete internationally. That means a lot to me, because I am not leaving for college until my goals have been acomplished in riding. Even then, I'm not sure. But its all in the future and thats not what I'm talking about. So on tuesdays and thursdays I get home at three, get on the bike and ride for about thirty minutes. Do homework and study *...for two hours...must get the best grades possible!* Then its time for the weights to come out...five different arm excercises at fifty each. The comes sit ups-fifty. Ooh-i found this really fun way to do crunches with your body hanging down off a chair, then using the force of gravity to build muscles...you know, curl against it? :-) fun. So twenty of the new chair ones and fifty of the floor crunches. Then we go to the leg lifts and push ups. Sixty leg lifts, each side, then ten push ups b/c I don't want a big chest (noooo!!!!) fifty leg curls, fifty squats, and last but not least, 100 jumping jacks. So...the swimming will be a nice morning editions...at least i think so. That is going to really improve my strength for this upcoming Horse Trial season. I'm really pleased about the fact mom and dad are ready to let me go farther and farther out of state for competition...they were ready to let me go to Kentucky for Champagne Run and the River Glen compeitions but nobody else went to kentucky so i was screwed and then the damn hurricane came and none of us could go to river glen. *rips out hair* so frustrating. at least pine top and poplar are safe from the hurricane season! Yah. Michael said pine top is a pretty ncie place, considering how long its been around. He would know. lol He gave me and Laurie his stud kit and she carries it around saying, "The Holy Stud Kit" and pretends to ask each stud where its been, like, "I bet you guys are the ones he used at Burghley, aren't you?" she cracks me up. everybody was staring at her when we went to flat creek. lmao NEway Phelps will be coming on soon for his swim and I ain't missing it. He's hot! lol
