Mardi Gras!
Happy Fat Tuesday everyone!
I've always enjoyed the Mardi Gras/Lenten season, but I guess going to New Orleans this year really got me pumped.
While I don't think pancakes are in store for us today, I did get up early enough to make some fabulous French Toast for breakfast.
