denied unemployment
I'm a bit grumpy. After being out of work for 8 months (due to the car accident from 3/08), and applying for unemployment *when they terminated me* in December (for not returning yet), unemployment is denying my claim. Has anyone had experience with this and can offer advice? I've never applied before or been out of work this long.
