Is this thing on?
LJ back? Yes? Yes?! Hopefully! My goodness, that have been a couple of bad days without it! BUT tumblr has been a great second home. WTH took me so long to get there?! It's gif-heaven! <333 And first, I was like, I'm only gonna post... "serious" picture stuff at my tumblr. ...Then the reblogs took over. So much great and fun stuff (yesterday, I had tears in my eyes from laughing!)! And I always squee when I read someone reblogged me, or marked a pic as favorite, especially people I don't know. *g*
But I had to realize that it either doesn't like my laptop so much as it keeps freezing the screen when I click something, or AOL, though it worked fine on our office pc. Hm... And when it kept freezing on me like six times in a row and I was close to throwing everything out the window, I tried to open it with Mozilla Firefox, and huh! That works just fine! I don't get the technic stuff. o.O
Action in our town! On Monday, two guys wanted to rob a jeweler but then one of them shot his partner in the head accidentally and fled the scene, and the guy died in the hospital later. The police identified him as an 18-year old! They haven't found the shooter yet, but think he's a 17-year old. WTF? Also, I'd expect something like this from a bigger City like Frankfurt, but not our small town! o.O
The work at the paper factory was awfully boring!! And as I was used to staying up at night and sleeping all day, the day shift was cruel last Saturday. I worked from 7 am to 7 pm, and by 8 am I was like, what? Only one hour went by? And by 11 am, it really felt like I was sitting there for three days!! O_O Just horrible! I had the feeling that I knew all the people working there already! Jeez! Sunday was a little better as I had slept for five hours the night before (the night before that was barely one hour!). And I'm glad that I don't have to go there this weekend (though the one next week again), but I'll have to do short shifts at the furniture house tomorrow today and Saturday, from 8-10 am. My boss actually asked me if I wanted to work tonight and I was like, uhm, no, that's a little tough, working until 5 or 6 am and then going out again at around 7 to make it to the furniture house. That's usually the time I start getting tired. And also, it would be nice to have at least one day off this week. :-\
But oh, vacation is so close! Only two more weeks and then I'm off to the Baltic Sea with deviltrap!
Fandom post is coming later or tomorrow. I made many notes. :P
Btw, I kinda like watching reruns of the Rachael Ray show. I discovered that it was on tv here when I saw Peter Facinelli on there and threw the remote away to watch it. *g*
