... Late. I'm almost too embarrassed to admit that I was 21 when it finally happened. Almost. ;) Because it was really good, so I'm telling myself that it was really worth the wait.
I was in France, visiting my BFF and that evening, me and her sister sat in the bar at our hotel. Already when we came in, I had this perfect movie moment with a cute English guy, when we almost bumped into each other and just smiled about it. Later, he passed our table and again smiled at me. Then, I already thought, this can't be, him smiling at me. You know, issues with my looks never let me think that such a cute guy could be interested in me.
Anyway, the third time he came by, he stopped and started talking, but only to me, not my friend. And I was like, is this real life? LOL Then he suddenly said that he'd like to kiss me and I was so... well, yeah, shocked *g* by that statement, I couldn't answer. And when I didn't object, he leaned over the table, took my face into both his hands and then, still, I thought that he was joking. He wasn't. *g*
I haven't been kissed in a while now, and I miss it terribly. Yes, I admit that much. ;) But I can say that now I know why no one ever forgets his first kiss.
I like that on this show the main character is a normal teenager with a girlfriend and the usual teen problems. On so many shows the lead is a shy person, although they don't look like it, you know?
+ Mhh... I'd like to have Derek waiting in my room, too. :P
+ Cool that Allison's ancestor's were the one's who killed the "Beast of Gevaudan". If you know the movie, "The pact of the wolves", you know what I immediately thought of. Love that movie!

+ How friggin' cute was Allison holding Scott's hand under the table, to calm Scott down?! <3
