Today, there was nothing but rain. Rain, rain, rain - everywhere and every time I looked out of the window! And this morning, all of a sudden, my mother asked if we should close the garage, so I put on my shoes and went outside. It's only like 10 steps from our yard to the garage - but when I got there I was so wet! I stepped inside for a moment, then closed the garage and ran like hell back to the house. The water was running down my face and I couldn't help it, I just laughed, so loud! It was fun!! LOL
Also, today was quite interesting. I had to drive in my own car again today, which I haven't done in over one year! Yeah, believe it or not. I just never needed to, but now that my father is in the hospital, I had to do grocery shopping. And it wasn't bad, except that the car wouldn't start at the supermarket! So I had to charge it with this battery thing that I had in the car. But who would've thought, not one single man came to ask if he could help me! They all just stared when I openend the hood. Well, self-reliance is the name of the game!
And I got home safe, and it was kinda fun to drive again. Just needed a little feeling for the car again, but the rest was easy.
Yesterday evening was also fun. First, we had the start of season 3 of Bones, which I was waiting for so long! And it was really funny when Angela couldn't remember anything from her first husband, except that he was tall. LOL And Zack was back from the Army, because he couldn't fit in. How's that even possible?? *giggles*
And finally, season 8 of CSI started, as well! I liked the story of Sara's kidnapping and I have to say, I fell all over for Nick again. It was so cute when he was worried about Sara.
Tonight, we'll have Devour on tv. A movie with two of my favourite guys - Jensen Ackles and Martin Cummins! *g* The movie itself... not so good I think. I still don't really get the end... it's weird. But well, I'll definitely watch a bit.
Only a bit because at the same time there's another show on that I want to check out. It's called The Nine. People that got taken hostage and now they try to get over it.
Well, and apart from what happened today, I'm just glad it's weekend! I need some sleep!
