So, V-Day, hm? Almost forgot about it. Well, those of you who celebrate, have a nice day, and the rest who don't, and the lonely ones (like myself), keep your eyes open. There just has to be a person for us, as well! *sighs*
Watched three episodes of Kings today, and shit, I like it. :-P
I have to say I like the whole monarchy thing, but in modern America, and boy, the (male) cast is HOT! And by that I mean Chris Egan (David) and Sebastian Stan (Jack). ;-)
1.01 + 1.02 - Goliath
So, David saved the King's son and at the banquet for him, the king asked what he wants, he'd even give him half the kingdom, and David looked at the King's daughter and the King's like, "Half my kingdom it is...". I like that a lot. And it's so obvious from the beginning that David and Michelle are ship-worthy. I can't wait how their story goes on, because after episode 3, it didn't look so good.
King to the security guy: "Next time Captain Shepard calls me Sir, take out your side arm and shoot him." LOL
And I so liked the scene toward the end, after David's brother died [:( ], and what he said to the enemy:
"You want blood? Come here and take it. It's fresh, still warm from the life that left it - the blood of my brother. Take his blood and call it enough. If you need more, take mine. Do it. I surrender; shoot me and call it enough. Or can one of you come down here and show me your face? Show me that you're more than tank, metal and shell - that you're human like we are - that you breathe, that you bleed, that you feel and feel pity - that you live for more than our deaths. Come, any of you who have lost a brother. Come and tell me it's enough."
I loved it in the end, when the King gave the piano to David. :-)
And OMG! When the butterflies came down on David!!! ♥
1.03 - Prosperity
Who is that guy imprisoned?? Silas' brother maybe? I have a feeling...
David, wearing his uniform AND playing the piano? BE STILL MY HEART!!! *thud* ♥
Gath doesn't want peace because "a boy" destroyed a tank? Oh, men and their pride... :-\ But ok, in the end, they did make peace.
I really can't wait to watch more. :-)
Also watched an episode of Fringe, season 2. I didn't like season 1 soooo much, thought it was ok, but there were moments when I thought that I'll watch season 2 when it's on tv, because those moments were interesting. But I watched this episode now for one reason...
Martin Cummins!!! ♥ Though his scenes were way too short. :(
But also, Peter shooting a gun?...mhhm... Nice! ;-)
"I'm not the dead guy kinda guy." Oh Caffrey! *g*
Neal: Peter, mi casa es su casa.
Peter: Su casa is not even su casa.
LOL Good episode again!
LOL Castle tells a story about a guy who lives in 8B of the building where they found the dead nanny, and he might be a suspect because he's so calm... etc. And in the end, when the detective says: "I have to know who lives in 8B!" LOL
And big aw-moment when his daughter tells him that she liked that he was her nanny when she was little. *g*
Clark and Lois get transported to the Phantom Zone, that's already like woah! But then Lois gets back through the portal - a phantom follows - and possesses her! It's General Zod's wife or something! AND she's looking for her son - DAVIS!!! OMG! O_O
Btw, I like it so much that Justin Hartley is a regular on the show now! :-)
And Chloe's like woah when she triggers the crystal and gets Clark and Kara back! Oliver's look at her when she does it! Wow!
Oh Davis... Good thing - he takes his shirt off! ;-) Bad/woah thing - he stabs himself but the knife bursts! O_O
