Seriously, I spent my whole day thinking about FNL and the guy who plays "Jason Street", Scott Porter. He and Taylor Kitsch are definitely my two favorites!!

Bah! I took THE most awful and disgusting coughing medicine you can imagine!! The name (Silomat) already sounds like some washing machine product and believe me when I tell you - it tastes worse! No wonder, the side effect could be nausea. :-\ Last night, I took it pure, but today I was smarter and took it with LOTS of water. Was... *gulp* "better", but still bad. Bah! Hope it helps at least.
I declare the Christmas bakery open! Today, my mother and I tried a new recipe for almond crescent (? is that the English word?). I thought it wasn't as good as the usual one, but ok. Yesterday, I looked through some baking books and found oh so many good recipes that I really, really have to try out!! Like pecan pie or cookie recipes.
And somehow, I'm not really in the mood to bake much this Christmas, so we limited it to four different cookies. Coconut macaroons (our all-time favorite), cellar cake cookies, almond crescent cookies and double chocolate cookies. But I think, instead of many different cookies, I'll try some of the cakes I found.
Sidenote #2: Oh, Roswell on tv again? Yay.
