[Residents of Luceti walking through the village square this morning will find that a large three-walled shed has been erected overnight beside the weapon shop. A large neatly lettered sign out front proclaims:
Doumeki's Nail Parlour
The interior of the shed is sparsely furnished. In fact the only things inside are a reclining chair with armrests, a footstool, a table with all sorts of apparatus and materials necessary for the nail buisness on it and a stool on which the proud owner is sitting right now.
...And he's reading a thick yellow-and-black book labelled 'NAIL ART FOR DUMMIES'.
