We've been back from the Nameless Lands for a few weeks now and things around the castle are starting to pick up. Did I mention that Jimba is back? I was sooo happy to see him! I wonder if more people from the village will show up? It would make Hugo so happy if Lulu came back...I'd be pretty happy to see him too - I miss the times when the three of us used to hang out...
Oh, did I mention? Apple's getting married! *squee!* I can't wait to get together with her so that I can help decorate for her wedding the way I decorated for Queen's. All these weddings! It makes me think about getting married, too. I...*pauses*...I'm looking forward to whenever it happens. And I can honestly say that I would be completely content spending the rest of my life with Jacques. I'm so lucky that I know that kind of love - some people go their entire lives without really experiencing it. And the best part is, is that it's been with me all along. Well, not always with me, Jacques was missing for a while there... Apple and Louis will be so happy together! I just know it!
Ooh, you know what else? I was passing by the Tavern yesterday and I noticed that Mathiu was sitting and talking to some blonde lady. I see her around a lot, and she keeps to herself a lot. I think her name is Elza - she makes all the infirmary runs I'm so bad with names, sometimes but outside of that, I don't see her much. Mathiu was drinking, but at least while he was talking to her, he was drinking slowly. And at least he was laughing a little while he was with her, so that's good too. Is it just me, or does fall seem to be the time of year when people start finding one another? I mean, Apple and Louis got lucky at Queen's wedding, and of course, Queen got married in the fall, and Jacques came back in the fall and...
I guess Fall is for falling in love?
Anyway, I have to get going. I'm supposed to be organizing some things for Mathiu in the infirmary. I'll try to write more a little later. Oh, and I should remember to write Mema a letter to let her know how we're doing. ^_^
