Good grief, my poor neglected livejournal. Does anyone even read this thing anymore?
Summary in dot points...seeing that it's been almost 6 months since my last update:
- Missed a flight to Krabi, Thailand, because my passport had less than 6 months on it :(

I think latin dancing and stuff like that is good for ya. Not everything has to be done for the health of it, but for the fun of it. When I did kendo, I never considered it working out so much as a thing I did for fun.
Training? School-wise I'm starting in just over a month; skills is skills but I wanna change it up because it feels so stagnant, but I'm going to be working evenings a lot more often so I'll not be there as often. Physically: Finally went to a physiotherapist to get the down-lo on the foot; she says it's a muscular problem that never healed properly because I've been babying it, but she thinks I can strengthen it within about six weeks. After that, I'm taking jogging again. Physically, doing okay, but I don't want to sprain my ankle. No time for that.
