- Have you ever been mistaken for a ghost while going about your ordinary daily life and dressed in relatively normative clothes? If so then please share your story. I'm asking because this has happened to me TWICE. Weird.

- The naming of estate agents is a serious matter (as TS Eliot didn't say) and there'll never be a better name than Hotblack Desiato but I did recently see these contrasting estate agent monikers on boards at neighbouring properties: Debbie Fortune, and CJ Hole. I wonder if people are more likely to buy from someone who sounds as if she's changed her name for a career in showbiz or someone whose name sounds like swearing, lol.
