I have reason to believe that someone's planning on breaking a Tamer named Billy Numerous out of jail.
He believes that he's going to basically "bend over backwards" so that he has people to help him out, however those can come with such ridiculous demands, therefore resorting to extortion and robbery, amongst other unmentionable things to get said demands filled.
