Yayayayay!!!!
Ok, so I had an evil evil midterm in my Business Law class: short answer IDs and multiple short essays, with one page of notes to help us out. Due to some unusual circumstances, I got a 66/100, but then everyone got 30 extra credit points so it was recorded as being 96/100. I personally think I deserved more like 76/100. The final was going to be even worse: same format, the first page of notes plus another new page of notes - because the final is cumulative over the whole stinking semester. I was really freaking out because basically the only way to do well on this test would be to memorize the entire textbook, everything included in lectures, and a few more things we had to research ourselves. Sounds fun, doesn't it. Well, this morning right at the very end of class, the teacher announced that we can bring ALL THE NOTES WE WANT! We can't photocopy the textbook itself, and we can't Xerox each other's notes, but those are about the only limitations. Yes, Yippee, Hip Hooray, Oh Frabjous Day, and Hallelujah!!!
